Terms and Conditions – Goji Wellness & Spa LLC

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Goji Wellness & Spa LLC (“Goji,” “the Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking appointments, or receiving any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. SMS Communications
You may cancel SMS services at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon receiving “STOP,” we will confirm your opt-out via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt-in again as you did previously.

2. Services Offered
Goji Wellness & Spa LLC offers a variety of wellness and beauty services including, but not limited to:
- Singapore Scalp Massages (using Natulique certified organic products)
- Facial Treatments (using Circadia and other professional-grade skincare products)
- Waxing Services (for women and select services for men)
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change service offerings, prices, or product brands at any time without prior notice.
3. Appointments, Payments, & Cancellations
- All appointments require a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, subject to our discretion.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. In certain cases, we may offer a service credit at our sole discretion.
5. Liability Disclaimer & Client Responsibilities
- By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved (including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or injury).
- It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or current medications that may affect your treatment.
- We are not liable for any adverse reactions unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes and results may vary from client to client.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with our policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and promotional materials—including logos, text, photos, and videos—are the intellectual property of Goji Wellness & Spa LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
9. Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients must inform the Spa of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or injuries prior to receiving treatment. We are not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
10. Minors Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent is required for all services provided to minors.
11. COVID-19 & Communicable Diseases Disclaimer
By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept any risk associated with communicable diseases (including COVID-19). We follow strict sanitation protocols but cannot guarantee a germ-free environment.
12. Results Disclaimer
Individual results from treatments vary based on skin type, condition, and lifestyle. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
13. Photography & Marketing Consent
With client permission, we may take photos and/or videos during or after treatments to be used in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and printed materials. Consent will be requested in writing before any identifiable images are taken. Clients have the right to decline being photographed or recorded at any time. All content will be used respectfully and in alignment with our brand’s values.
14. Gift Cards & Promotions Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
15. Product Purchase Disclaimer
All retail product sales are final. Please review ingredients and usage instructions carefully. We are not responsible for adverse effects caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
16. Contraindications & Treatment Refusal
Goji Wellness & Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse or modify any service if a client presents contraindications (e.g., active skin infections, open wounds, contagious conditions, or medical concerns) that may affect the safety or effectiveness of the treatment.
